This 1972 Chevrolet C10 Custom Deluxe pickup was sold new in Pennsylvania and was the subject of a refurbishment in the state totaling over $60k in 2022. It was refinished in Firebolt Orange and white over white vinyl and orange plaid cloth and fitted with a replacement 350ci V8. The body was repainted Firebolt Orange and white during the refurbishment, and invoices detailing parts replaced are provided in the gallery below. Features include a Fleetside bed, chrome bumpers, and towing mirrors. Photographs of paint meter readings are also presented in the gallery.
White 15″ steel wheels feature polished hubcaps and were mounted with 225/75 Hankook Kinergy ST tires in 2022. The truck is equipped with power steering, and additional service in 2022 included overhauling the power-assisted front disc and rear drum brakes.
The bench seat was reupholstered in white vinyl with orange plaid cloth inserts as part of the refurbishment. A push-button radio is fitted, and additional work included replacing the dashboard and repainting the heater box and steering column.
The instrument cluster was rebuilt in November 2022 and consists of a 100-mph speedometer and gauges for fuel level, amperage, coolant temperature, and oil pressure. The five-digit odometer shows 85k miles.
The 350ci V8 was replaced with a rebuilt unit in November 2022, at which time the wiring harness, spark plugs, ignition wires, radiator support, and battery tray were also changed.
Power is routed to the rear wheels through a three-speed Turbo Hydramatic automatic transmission.
